LOCAL-FIRST AI PIPELINE FOR ARCHVIZ

Your keys.
Your machine.
Zero markup.

Brut is a local-first node canvas that orchestrates Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Kling, Veo and Seedance on your own API keys — and never re-bills work that hasn't changed.

HOW IT WORKS

There is no middle box. That's the product.

[ YOUR MACHINE ]
Brut canvas + engine
graphs · outputs · keys
stay on your disk
middleman
──your own keys──▶
no aggregator, no proxy,
no markup — ever
[ THE PROVIDERS ]
Google · OpenAI · Anthropic · Kling · Veo · Seedance
billed by them, at their price
straight to your account

Every generation call goes from your machine to the provider, on your key, at their price. Brut never sits in the call path, never marks up a token, never holds a key that bills anyone but you. Keys live in your OS keychain. Graphs and outputs live on your disk (or your NAS). We can't see your renders. Neither can anyone else.

BYOK — bring your own keys
Local-first — no cloud, no account needed to run it
NDA-proof — client renders never leave your machine
01

Your keys. Zero markup. Ever.

Your generation money goes to Google, OpenAI or Kling at cost. Brut can show you the receipt.

02

Never pay twice.

Input-hash caching means unchanged work is never re-billed. Re-run a graph after a client note: only what changed costs money.

03

Built by a studio, for studios.

Brut exists because a working archviz studio needed it on real deadlines. Every node answers a real production pain.

FEATURES

The canvas, shown working.

The Brut node canvas: a graph of prompt, image and video nodes with labeled ports, wires and inline result previews

A node canvas at decision altitude.

Prompt, refine, generate, compose, inpaint, review — one graph. Nodes are shots and decisions, not samplers and latents. Wires carry images, prompts and plans; every node shows its result inline.

19 node types · image + video + text · drag-to-connect · Tab palette
Multi-Shot node: a contact sheet of generated viewpoints with per-tile checkmark and cross curation marks

Multi-Shot: one scene, twelve opinions.

A planner writes N distinct shot prompts from your base images, then fills a contact sheet in parallel. Re-roll one tile for cents. Curate with ✓/✗ — only approved shots flow downstream.

per-tile re-roll · per-tile cache · verdicts flow to the next node
the spend ledger — every cent, itemized by provider · screenshot lands with the beta build

The cache is a feature with a euro sign.

Every node hashes its inputs. Unchanged inputs = cached output = nothing billed. A revision round touches three shots? You pay for three shots. The ledger shows every cent and who received it.

input-hash caching · per-node history · re-pin any past result
Film Shots node: an itemized per-clip cost quote with model, duration and estimated price, awaiting confirmation

Video with a confirm gate, not a surprise bill.

Video is where budgets die. Brut quotes every clip — model, duration, resolution, estimated cost — and generates nothing until you confirm the total. Cancel a line, the total updates.

data-driven price estimates · itemized confirm before any spend
The mask editor: a red inpainting mask painted over a region of an architectural render

Inpaint, compose, conform — finish without round-trips.

Paint a mask, type what changes, only that region changes — with the rest pixel-faithful. Compose scenes from references. Conform aspect ratios locally for free.

native masks (OpenAI) · guided masks (Gemini) · local crop/conform, €0.00
The File menu and project switcher: project and graph actions with a .brutpack export

Projects that live where your work lives.

First-class projects with their own outputs, graphs and spend ledger — on your disk or your NAS, adoptable by a second seat. Export a whole project as one .brutpack file, warm caches included. Reusable composites and templates travel in a global library.

NAS-rooted projects · .brutpack export · versioned template library
THE CINEMA SESSIONS

From stills to a finished sequence — with a crew of agents and a confirm gate.

Scenarist, Artistic Director, DoP and Script Supervisor plan the film from your renders. You edit the plan, approve the quote, and Brut shoots, assembles and cuts it locally with ffmpeg — for exactly the bill it showed you.

Adding a provider is a day, not a refactor — the adapter contract is sacred. The catalog grows monthly; your graphs survive model generations.

Kling subscription support bills your kling.ai plan directly — measured ~3× cheaper than API packs for studio use.

PRICING — AT LAUNCH

€24 buys the tool. Your generation money goes to the providers — at cost.

FAQ

Six questions, blunt answers.

Where do my API keys live?+

In your OS keychain, on your machine. They are never logged, never sent to us, never written into a graph file. We couldn't leak them; we don't have them.

So what will I eventually pay for?+

The tool: the canvas, the caching that never re-bills unchanged work, the ledgers, the catalog kept current as providers churn. Never for tokens.

Is this a ComfyUI alternative?+

Different altitude. ComfyUI orchestrates model internals; Brut orchestrates creative decisions and the money attached. Their nodes are samplers; ours are shots.

What do I need to run it?+

Windows (macOS later), Python bootstraps itself via the launcher, and your own provider keys with billing enabled. Note: most providers' free tiers have zero image quota — a first-call 429 means billing isn't enabled, not that you're rate-limited.

My client work is under NDA.+

Good, ours too. Local-first means renders never leave your machine; there is no cloud to leak from. That's a compliance feature, not a slogan.

What happens if I stop paying (after launch)?+

After 12 paid months you keep a perpetual license to your version, forever. A lapsed Brut keeps working; paying resumes updates. Nobody can turn your tool off remotely — that would betray the whole thesis.
